Scorchsoft is a UK software company. Like most firms that sell work and then deliver it, we ran on a CRM, an accounts package, a few spreadsheets and people remembering things. The gaps between them cost us follow-ups, invoices and the odd promise.
So we built the platform we wanted: one that researches and qualifies our leads, drafts our outreach, plans and chases our billing, keeps customer commitments owned and lets our AI assistants work with our records, within each person’s permissions. We run the business on it every day.
OpsUPLOOP is that platform, set up for other firms as their own instance. It is new as a product. That means no customer logos yet, and it means you work directly with the people who build it.
