For operations leads and COOs

Every gap with an owner and a next step

You spend your week asking who owns what. OpsUPLOOP keeps customer commitments, planned billing, objectives and ownership on one set of records, and shows you the gaps before someone else finds them.

IllustrationFollow it through: every objective has an owner, and drift shows before the quarter ends.
Sound familiar?

Where your week goes now

  • You chase delivery leads for billing dates before finance can raise anything
  • Account reviews happen, but differently every time
  • Someone leaves, and their customer context leaves with them
  • The dashboards exist. Nobody acts on them.
What changes

What OpsUPLOOP does for you

Ownership that stays current

An ownership map with status, teams and reporting lines, plus objectives and 90-day plans with check-ins, so drift shows early. OpsUPLOOP Delivery →

Customer promises on the record

Commitments with owners, shared account notes and feedback scores on a cadence, so context survives holidays and handovers. OpsUPLOOP Delivery →

Billing that can’t quietly slip

Planned billables carry owners and health checks, so a milestone with no date or no owner is flagged rather than discovered. OpsUPLOOP Billing →

Each person sees their part

Access follows the role, in the app and through an AI assistant. A delivery lead needn’t see the finance figures. The OpsUPLOOP platform →

What we’d show you

Thirty minutes with the people who build it, on invented data shaped like your business. No slides.

  1. What needs attention

Overdue commitments, billables without an owner and plans that have drifted.

  2. A billable health check

A milestone missing its date or its owner, and who is asked to fix it.

  3. Customer feedback moving

Recommendation scores across accounts, and which ones have dropped.

  4. Two people, one question

The same question asked by a delivery lead and a director, answered within each one’s access.

Questions you’ll ask
We already have a project tool. Does this duplicate it?

No. OpsUPLOOP doesn’t do tasks, timesheets or resourcing. Keep your project tool; OpsUPLOOP covers the commitments, billing and ownership around it.

Can we control who sees what?

Yes. Access is set by role, and it applies the same way when someone uses an AI assistant: it answers as them, with their access.

Is this HR software?

No. Ownership, objectives and 90-day plans are about the work. OpsUPLOOP doesn’t handle pay, absence or performance reviews.

Who configures it?

A person who owns the setup on your side, access to the systems we connect, and a few sessions to agree your report types, statuses and rules. Scorchsoft does the deployment and the connections.

Show us where things fall between chairs

Bring the hand-off that slips most often. We’ll show you how OpsUPLOOP puts an owner and a date on it.
