What OpsUPLOOP costs
Your own instance of OpsUPLOOP, licensed by module, not by person. Choose where you start; add the other modules when you want the same system to run the work you win.
Lineup is a one-off: £2,500 for one module. All prices exclude VAT.
Choose how many letters a month
Each month is the Outreach licence plus your letters. Commit for a year and you get two months of the licence free and 10p off every letter.
- The company and the person researched, and the angle worked out
- A letter drafted in your voice, for you to approve or change
- Printing and postage
- The software that runs it, on your own instance
- The AI behind it, on our accounts: no API keys, no second bill

- Letters over your allowance cost its letter rate. Unsent letters roll into next month, once: used first, never refunded.
- Move to more letters any month, and to fewer at renewal. Over 2,000 a month, we quote.
- Lineup (one-off setup): £2,500, or £5,000 with more than one module. We agree your market, your voice and your rules before the first letter. What it covers
Licence £835 and letters 10p more each; stop with 30 days’ notice. Commit to 12 months within your first three months and we credit the difference back to your first day.
Researching and writing a letter like this takes a person 15 to 30 minutes: about £15 to £29 a letter at £55 an hour, plus postage.
ProCopywriters 2026 survey: £440 median freelance day rate, over eight hours. This compares cost, not results: nobody can promise you a reply rate.
Who it isn’t for. Outreach needs someone to follow up the replies. If you sell on your own, or every sale already comes from enquiries, it probably isn’t for you yet, and we’ll say so.
For UK firms with a sales team or distributors to feed, and something inbound marketing won’t sell on its own.
Founder terms for a few early customers whose advice shapes the product
We use Outreach to write and post our own letters. Before we offer it widely, we want a small group of businesses running it on real campaigns and telling us honestly what works. We choose them for fit, not for who asks first, and we take a few at a time because each one gets our time every month. It isn’t a discount for anyone who asks.
- You sell to UK businesses and have people to feed with leads: a sales team, a sales manager, or distributors and channel partners
- You have something inbound marketing won’t sell on its own, such as a new product or service, or a market that doesn’t search for you
- You’ll send letters every week, and someone on your side will approve them
- The businesses you sell to have sales teams of their own
- You know other businesses with sales teams, and would introduce us where it genuinely fits
- You’re within about an hour of Birmingham, so we can meet in person
An hour a month in our founders’ advisory group: what’s working, what isn’t, and what you think it should cost. Your honest results, good or bad, which we publish only with your written approval.
What you getFounder terms on the licence and lineup, agreed with you and held for your first 12 months, then reviewed together. A direct say in what Outreach does next and how it is priced. Regular time with the people who build it.
Letters are always at a standard letter rate. Tell us about your business and who you want to write to; if it fits, we’ll meet and agree terms in writing. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so.
A licence per module, with its AI included
Your own copy of OpsUPLOOP, set up for your business at lineup, hosted and maintained by Scorchsoft. You license the modules you use, not the people who use them: up to 10 people included.
| Licence | 12 months | Month to month |
|---|---|---|
| One module | £695 | £835 |
| Two modules | £995 | £1,195 |
| All four modules | £1,495 | £1,795 |
| All four, with Guided | £1,695 | £2,035 |
- Hosting, backups, monitoring, security maintenance, product updates and defect fixes
- Help using what the product already does, in UK working hours
- Lineup once: £2,500 for one module, £5,000 for more
- Sales
- Every enquiry researched and scored, and your calls analysed, up to a monthly number of leads and calls written into your order form, sized to your volume. Beyond that, we quote before anything changes.
- Billing
- Chasing and raising invoices run on rules, not AI, so there is nothing to count.
- Delivery
- Summaries, customer profiles and feedback digests, included.
- Your AI assistant
- Questions you ask through Claude or ChatGPT run on your own subscription with them. We don’t charge for them.
No credits and no token counts: you pay for the module and, with Outreach, for the letters you send. AI runs on our accounts, so you never need one of your own.
Add Outreach later and letters are at the rates above, with the licence moving to two modules. Need it to do something it doesn’t do yet, such as running several sales teams or a distributor network from one instance? We scope it and price it before we build it. Anything we then run for you becomes a bolt-on licence for your instance: priced per instance, not per person. That is our made-to-measure route.
Agree the rules first, then keep improving them
Lineup is the work of setting your instance up to your rules before it goes live (with Outreach, before a thousand letters go out): £2,500 once for one module, £5,000 for more. Half when we start, half when you accept it.
- Your market agreed: who you write to, and who you never write to
- Your voice agreed: example letters, your tone, and the claims you can stand behind
- Your instance configured: senders, branding, rules and permissions
- Your data brought in: one agreed import
- Your first campaign built with you, and a training session for your team, recorded
- Four weeks of hypercare: up to four weekly team calls of up to 30 minutes, and next-working-day help
After the first four weeks, a check-in of up to 30 minutes each month for two months, then every quarter, with a named Scorchsoft lead and a short written note. Included.
Guided, £395 a month: a coaching call of up to an hour each month for up to 5 people, and your prompts and targeting tuned between calls. Guided, fortnightly, £995 a month: up to two calls a month for up to 15 people. Month to month; included in the all-four licence with Guided.
Guided is coaching on using OpsUPLOOP well. It isn’t sales training, and we don’t run your campaigns. For sales training we recommend Sandler, our sales training partner.
What a letter is, and when its price can change
- A letter
- One prospect researched, one letter drafted and approved by you, printed on one sheet, one side, in a standard envelope, and posted. It is counted when it is posted. Extra pages and enclosures are priced per letter.
- Deep research
- Now and then a prospect needs a much deeper dig. That letter is £1 extra, marked on the draft so you can skip it.
- Prospects you turn down
- Research on them is included, up to one for every two letters you post, measured over the quarter. Beyond that, 40p for each prospect researched but not written to.
- Contact lookups
- Optional, and off unless you switch them on: a letter needs only a postal address. A work email is 10p each one found; a phone number is 50p a search, found or not, because the supplier charges us either way.
- Our margin
- Letter and lookup prices include our margin on research, AI, print and postage. AI runs on our accounts, so you never need one of your own.
- Price changes
- We review letter rates once a year. In between, they change only to pass on a rise in what our print partner or AI suppliers charge us, by no more than that rise, with 60 days’ notice, and you may then move to fewer letters a month.
- Paying
- Invoiced monthly in advance: the licence and your letter allowance. Letters over the allowance, deep research and lookups are invoiced the month after, itemised. All prices exclude VAT.
Is it charged at cost?
No. A letter is one price, and our margin is in it. Research, AI, print and postage are on our accounts, so you never see a supplier’s bill and never need an AI account or an API key of your own. Contact lookups work the same way: 10p for each work email found, 50p for each phone search.
What is the least we can spend to find out if it works?
Lineup (£2,500, once), then month to month on 250 letters: £1,385 a month, stopped with 30 days’ notice. If you commit to 12 months within your first three months, we credit the difference back to your first day. We can’t promise a reply rate; a few months gives you your own figures to judge by.
What happens to our data and letters if we leave?
They are yours. You get an export of your records, prospects and letters. The software stays ours, and so does anything we built for every customer; anything built only for you is agreed in writing before it is built.
Do we pay for every person who logs in?
No. The licence is per module, not per person, and includes up to 10 people from your business. For larger teams we quote.
Can it run in our own cloud?
Yes, as a separately quoted option. Research and drafting still run through our AI accounts, so a letter costs the same wherever the software runs, and you still never need an AI account of your own.
Price your first campaign with us
Tell us who you want to reach and roughly how many letters a month, and we’ll put the figures in writing. What did your last exhibition cost for each conversation it started? Bring that figure to the demo.
30 minutes, with the people who build it. No slides.
