Wake up to researched prospects, with the letters already drafted
OpsUPLOOP Outreach prospects on a schedule, overnight if you like. It finds companies that look like your best customers, researches and enriches each one, and drafts a letter that opens on something true about them. Your team spends the morning approving, and the rest of the week selling.
This is account-based marketing (ABM), sized for a firm without a marketing department. Read the guide.
What Outreach takes off your plate
Targeted, not spray and pray
Every account is chosen for a reason you can read: it looks like your best customers, it has been on your website, or its public signals fit.
The homework, done for you
Company, contact, postal address and the facts worth mentioning, researched and enriched, with the source of every detail kept.
No blank pages
One agent drafts each letter and a second edits it. Your team reads and approves instead of writing from scratch.
More of the week spent selling
Salespeople start the week with people to connect with and call, not a list to build. It multiplies what a small team can do in outbound.
You wake up to prospects, researched and written to
The campaign agent works on a schedule, so the slow part of prospecting happens before anyone logs in.
- Overnight The agent does the prospecting
On the schedule you set, it finds accounts that fit each campaign, researches and enriches them, and drafts the letters. Current customers, suppressed contacts and anyone written to recently are skipped.
- First thing The review queue is full
One queue across every campaign. Each letter shows why the account was chosen and where each fact came from. Approve, edit, hold or discard.
- Same day Letters printed and posted
Once a reviewer arms the session, approved letters go to print and post, and their delivery is tracked.
- Later that week Your team follows up while it is on their desk
A LinkedIn list of people whose letter has probably arrived, ready to connect with and call. Every outcome is logged: replied, meeting booked, converted or not interested.

Dear Joanna,
Congratulations on the second depot at Crewe. When planning that worked across one yard has to work across two, it’s usually the hand-offs between teams that start to slip.
We help firms like Halden keep sales, delivery and billing on one set of records, so a new site doesn’t mean a new spreadsheet…

Why this account · 4 sources They opened a second depot in March and are hiring a planning lead. The letter opens on the depot, not on us.
A researched, enriched prospect, not just a name
Before a letter is drafted, OpsUPLOOP builds a dossier. It mines the company’s own site for what they do, how big they are and their brand colours, then finds the right person and enriches the record: postal address, direct phone, email and LinkedIn where they can be found. Every detail keeps its source, and anything not found is left empty rather than guessed.
- Company research: sector, size, sites, technology, hiring and news
- Contact enrichment from the suppliers you switch on, with the cost confirmed first
- Addresses and emails verified; the source of every detail recorded for data protection
- Postal address
- Unit 4, Brindley Park, Stoke-on-Trent Verified
- Direct phone
- 01782 ••• ••• Enriched
- j.whitfield@••••••.co.uk Verified
- Profile found Found
- Mobile
- Not found: left empty, not guessed None
A list of who to connect with and call, this week
Once a letter has probably arrived, the person appears on your team’s follow-up list: connect on LinkedIn, pick up the phone, or both. Your team does the connecting and logs it; OpsUPLOOP never messages anyone on LinkedIn for you. A letter followed by a call from someone who read it is a very different conversation from a cold one.
- People whose letter has probably arrived, in the order it landed
- Connection requests and calls logged against the prospect
- No LinkedIn profile? The phone number is already there
It keeps prospecting moving, week after week
Outreach tells your team what needs them today: letters to review, people to connect with, replies to log. It tracks where every prospect stands, from written to delivered, connected, replied and meeting booked. When a prospect turns warm, escalate them to a lead or an opportunity, and OpsUPLOOP Sales takes it from there on the same records.
- A daily list of what needs a person: review, connect, log
- Every prospect’s stage and outcome: replied, meeting booked, converted or not interested
- Escalate a warm prospect to a lead or an opportunity in one step
Outreach is either generic or too slow to do properly
Personal outreach works when it shows you have done the homework, and doing the homework for fifty accounts takes weeks. So most firms send the generic version, or send nothing. A researched letter on someone’s desk is hard to ignore, and almost nobody sends one.
Without Outreach
- Target lists built by hand in spreadsheets
- Research for each account squeezed between calls
- Every letter or email written from scratch
- Generic sequences, because personal outreach doesn’t scale
With OpsUPLOOP Outreach
- Target lists built from your best customers, your website visitors and public signals
- Research and enrichment done before anyone logs in
- Drafts waiting for approval, each opening on a sourced fact
- Personal outreach at the pace of a campaign, and time left to sell
OpsUPLOOP Outreach, part by part
Find the accounts
A campaign agent plans the campaign and builds the target list from the sources you choose.
- Companies that look like your best existing customers
- Companies visiting your website that nobody is talking to yet, if you connect visitor data
- Public signals: what they do, the technology they run, their reviews and search visibility
Research the person
The right contact at each company, and where every detail came from.
- Contact research and a postal address for each letter
- Email and phone lookups only from suppliers you switch on, with the price shown first
- The source of every contact detail recorded, so a subject access request can be answered
Write the letter
Drafted by one agent and edited by another, from facts about the company rather than a template.
- A writing method built to avoid letters that read as machine-written
- Optional illustrated pages that sketch an idea for their business, in their own brand colours
- Your signature on every letter, including a handwritten style
Review, post and follow up
Nothing leaves without a person, and what happens next is recorded.
- One review queue across every campaign: approve, edit, hold or discard
- Approved letters printed and posted, with delivery states
- A LinkedIn list of people whose letter has probably arrived, for your team to connect with
- Outcomes for every letter: replied, meeting booked, converted, not interested
Waits for a person
- The agent stops at drafts: every letter is reviewed before it is posted
- Approving in an unarmed review session only saves the letter; a reviewer has to arm the session for approval to post
- Paid contact lookups are confirmed before money is spent
Runs on its own, within your rules
- The campaign agent can research and draft on a schedule, filling the review queue
- Suppressed contacts, current customers and anyone written to recently are skipped
- One live letter per prospect at a time
What it needs
A print-and-post provider account, and any data suppliers you choose for enrichment. Post and lookup costs are yours, and shown before they are spent.
Start with Outreach. Add the rest when it helps.
OpsUPLOOP Outreach works on its own, on your own instance. The other modules share its records, so each one you add builds on what is already there.
- A campaign agent that builds the target list
- Letters drafted, reviewed, then posted
- LinkedIn follow-up and outcomes
- Lead briefings and scores with reasons
- Call analysis that feeds the score
- Drafted follow-ups and a clear pipeline
- Planned billables with owners and health checks
- Invoices raised through your accounting system
- Chasing with paid-status checks
- Customer records, commitments and feedback
- Ownership map, objectives and 90-day plans
- Check-ins that show drift early
Start with any one module. The others use the same records when you add them.
Once a prospect becomes a lead, Sales researches and scores it on the same records.
Your customer records are what “companies like your best customers” is built from.
Ask Claude or ChatGPT how a campaign is doing. An assistant can draft, but it can never post a letter.
Outreach as it comes, or extended to fit
Everything above is in the product today, and you’ll see it working in the demo. If your firm works differently, Outreach can be configured to your rules, or extended by Scorchsoft with the steps, screens or connections it doesn’t have, on the same records and permissions as the rest of OpsUPLOOP.

Asked about OpsUPLOOP Outreach
Does it post letters automatically?
Not unless a reviewer arms the review session. By default, approving saves a letter; posting is a separate, deliberate step.
Won’t the letters read as AI-written?
They are drafted by one agent and edited by another, from facts about the company rather than a template, under a method built to avoid that. And every letter is read by a person before it is posted.
Does it send LinkedIn messages?
No. LinkedIn follow-up is a list your team works through and logs; OpsUPLOOP does not message on LinkedIn for you.
How do you handle personal data?
Every contact detail keeps a record of where it came from, suppression is respected, and subject access requests can be answered from that record.
Can we start with Outreach on its own?
Yes. It is set up as your own instance, and the other modules can be added later on the same records.
