For whoever is bringing AI into the business

Give colleagues AI that knows the business, and knows its limits

People are already pasting customer details into chatbots to get anything useful. OpsUPLOOP gives them a better route: AI that works on your own records, answers as the person asking, with their access, and can’t do the things it shouldn’t.

IllustrationYour own assistant, your records, each person’s permissions.
Sound familiar?

Where your week goes now

  • Colleagues paste customer details into ChatGPT to get a useful answer
  • Every integration you build is one more thing to maintain and govern
  • You can’t say who asked what, or what it saw
  • Automations run, but nobody can see why they did what they did
What changes

What OpsUPLOOP does for you

Connect Claude or ChatGPT

Colleagues connect their own assistant over MCP and ask in plain English. It answers as them, with their access. The OpsUPLOOP platform →

Permissions carry through

A person gets the same data in the assistant as in the app. Someone without finance access doesn’t get finance figures from a chatbot. The OpsUPLOOP platform →

Limits on what it can do

An assistant can never raise an invoice or post a letter, and the changes it can make are recorded. The OpsUPLOOP platform →

AI inside the work, with reasons

Research, scoring and drafting run inside OpsUPLOOP, and each suggestion shows why it was made. OpsUPLOOP Sales →

Agents, not just a chatbot

A job, several steps, a person to check

Hosted agents are triggered by events and schedules: research as each enquiry lands, the nightly campaign agent, call analysis. Each works within the permissions of the person it acts for and stops where a person decides.

Permissions carry through

One customer, seen the right way by each person

The same access rules apply in the app and in every assistant. A person without finance access gets no finance figures from a chatbot, and the assistant says what it left out.

Stairway to success

Where is your organisation with AI today?

Choose the closest description. OpsUPLOOP is built to move a firm up these steps, one at a time, on its own records.

  1. 0 Step zero No formal AI adoption

People use personal tools without agreed safeguards. Start with one approved way in, on your own records.

  2. 1 Approved AI access Little regular use

Claude or ChatGPT connected over MCP, each person within their permissions.

  3. 2 Informal professional use Useful, but personal

Assistants that answer from your real records, not guesses or copied spreadsheets.

  4. 3 Shared best practice Role-based training

Your criteria written once and used by everyone: rubrics, report types, definitions of good.

  5. 4 Reusable agents Connected tools

Agents that run on their own: research, scoring, drafting, call analysis, campaigns.

  6. 5 Embedded workflows Measured value

Agents inside the daily work, with outcomes tracked: scores, letters, billing, ownership.

  7. 6 AI-first strategy Mastery across culture and strategy

OpsUPLOOP made to measure as the hub of your operations and your data strategy.

Adviser support to help you implement. Moving from step 3 to 4 and beyond is where most firms want help. Scorchsoft’s Managed AI & Automation Improvement Programme works through it with you.

What we’d show you

Thirty minutes with the people who build it, on invented data shaped like your business. No slides.

  1. Connect

An assistant connected over MCP, signed in as one person.

  2. Two people, one question

The same question answered for two roles, each within their own access.

  3. A refused action

An assistant asked to raise an invoice, and declining.

  4. The record

What the assistant changed, and who it was acting for.

Questions you’ll ask
What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol: an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT use tools in other software. Our guide “What is MCP?” explains it in plain English.

Can the assistant take actions, or only answer?

Some tools make changes a person with the same access could make, and those changes are recorded. Some things it can never do, such as raising an invoice or posting a letter.

Do we need developers?

No. Scorchsoft sets up the connection with you. Colleagues connect their own assistant and sign in as themselves.

Is this an AIOps tool?

No, OpsUPLOOP is not an AIOps tool. AIOps means AI for IT operations: monitoring and incident response. OpsUPLOOP puts AI to work on business operations: sales, billing, customers and team.

Bring the question people keep pasting into ChatGPT

We’ll show you it answered from your own records, as the person asking, within their access.
