OpsUPLOOP Sales · Lead qualification, scoring and call analysis

Know which leads deserve your week

Every enquiry kicks off a research task, following a brief you set: the company, its website and background, and the person behind it, with links to sources such as Companies House. It’s scored against your criteria and sorted by what to do next. Green: drop everything and call. Amber: call, after the greens. Red: a qualification email is already drafted. Anything that isn’t a sales enquiry is set aside on its own.

This is lead qualification and lead scoring, done with AI against a rubric you set, not a black-box prediction. Read the guide.

IllustrationScored as they arrive, and sorted by what to do: call now, call next, or send the drafted qualification email.
What changes for your team

What Sales takes off your plate

A score that tells you what to do

Green, drop everything and call. Amber, call after the greens. Red, send the qualification email that’s already drafted.

Research, not just a number

Each enquiry starts a research task on the company and the person, using sources such as Companies House, its website and the news, before anyone picks up the phone.

Calls reviewed against what good looks like

Upload a recording or a transcript and get a scored report, linked to the lead, against criteria you define.

Noise set aside, automatically

Suppliers, job applicants and spam are set aside without anyone’s time, and can always be restored.

From enquiry to next step

An enquiry arrives. The homework is already done.

Research, scoring and the first draft happen as the lead comes in, so the first reply is fast and informed.

  1. As it arrives A research task starts

From a form, an import, Facebook Lead Ads, your CRM or an AI phone agent. The company, its background and the person, from sources such as Companies House and its website, in a short briefing.

  2. Straight after Scored and sorted

A score out of 100 against the criteria your team defined, written back to your CRM, and a band that says what to do. Non-sales enquiries are set aside.

  3. Before you reply The next step is ready

Greens to call now, ambers after them, and for reds a qualification email drafted for a person to send, edit or dismiss.

  4. After the call The call is reviewed

Upload the recording or paste a transcript. The report scores the call, updates the lead and drafts what to send next.

AI in Sales

Where AI does the work in OpsUPLOOP Sales

Agents that run on their own, analysis with its reasons, your assistant over MCP, and the guardrails around all of it.

Runs on its ownStarted by an event or a schedule. Nobody has to ask.
  1. Agent

    Research on every enquiry

A research agent looks up the company and the person as each lead arrives, and a summary agent writes the briefing.

  2. Analysis

    Scoring against your rubric

AI scores each factor from the research and the conversation, with a reason for each, against criteria your team set.

  3. Automatic

    Non-sales set aside

Job applicants, suppliers and spam are closed on their own, reversibly, so nobody spends time on them.

  4. Analysis

    Call reports

Recordings are transcribed and run against your report types, updating the lead and drafting the next step.

Research on every enquiry

Not a basic score: a research task on every lead

Most tools give an enquiry a number from the form it filled in. OpsUPLOOP starts a research task. Following a research brief you set, it looks into the company, using sources such as Companies House, its website, hiring and news, and finds the person behind the enquiry. Then it judges whether the enquiry is worth your time, against your criteria, and says why.

  • Public records such as Companies House: status, age and directors, linked to the source
  • The company’s website, sector, size, sites, hiring and recent news
  • A judgement with its reasons, written back to your CRM

This is research from public sources to decide who to call. It isn’t a KYC, anti-money-laundering or due-diligence check, and it shouldn’t be used as one.

IllustrationEvery enquiry kicks off a research task: the company’s public record, what it does, how it’s doing, and whether it’s worth your time.
Call reports

Know how every call went, against what good looks like

Upload a call as an MP3 or paste a transcript, and OpsUPLOOP runs it against a report type you define: what a good call looks like for your team. It scores each element with reasons, such as whether budget, need and timescale were qualified, and whether the customer was interrupted. Link the report to the lead and its context is there for the next call, in the app and through Claude or ChatGPT over MCP.

  • Report types you create: sales calls, prospecting, or customer and project calls
  • Each element ticked or crossed, with the reason
  • Linked to the lead, so the next person, or your AI assistant, knows what was said

Revenue forecast

Forecast from what’s secured, not just what might close

A pipeline total is a guess. OpsUPLOOP runs a Monte Carlo forecast: it simulates your open deals many times over, each by its chance of closing and when, and shows the range of outcomes. The billing already planned on won work sits alongside it, so the forecast starts from revenue you have secured.

  • A range, not one number: likely, cautious and optimistic
  • Secured revenue from planned billing, alongside the simulated pipeline
  • Scenarios, such as a large deal slipping a quarter, and dated snapshots to compare

Forecasts can be wildly wrong. They are only as good as the data going in and the assumptions behind them, so treat the range as a guide for decisions, not a promise.

IllustrationThe forecast starts from revenue already secured by planned billing, then shows the range the pipeline could add. Only as good as the data and assumptions behind it.
The problem

Good leads wait while someone does the homework

An enquiry comes in. Somebody has to look up the company, work out whether there is budget and authority, remember what was said on the last call and decide what to send. In a busy week that homework slips, and the reply goes out late or not at all.

Without Sales

  • Looking up each company by hand
  • Deciding who to call first on gut feel
  • Call notes that never reach the CRM
  • Replies that go out late, or not at all

With OpsUPLOOP Sales

  • A briefing on every enquiry, with the history so far
  • A score out of 100 against your rubric, with its reasons
  • Call analysis that updates the score and the briefing
  • A drafted follow-up waiting for a person to send
What’s inside

OpsUPLOOP Sales, part by part

A briefing on every enquiry

Research starts the moment a lead arrives, from a form, an import, Facebook Lead Ads or your CRM.

  • Company research from sources such as Companies House, the website, hiring and news
  • The person behind the enquiry, with the history so far
  • A short summary at the top, and the full report by email and PDF
  • Summaries that stay current as the record changes

Scores against your rubric

A triage score out of 100, against criteria your team defines.

  • Your factors, how much each one counts, and what good looks like for your business
  • A green, amber or red band with its next step: call now, call after the greens, or a drafted qualification email
  • The reason for each factor, written back to your CRM
  • A weighted deal qualification questionnaire, in stages you define, that your team completes as a deal moves, with its history

Call analysis

Upload a recording or paste a transcript, and get the reports you have set up.

  • MP3 and other recordings, transcribed with speakers labelled, or a pasted transcript
  • Report types you define, each scoring what good looks like, with reasons
  • For customer and project calls too, such as checking the team asks for feedback
  • Reports linked to the lead: the context is there in the app and over MCP

Next steps and the pipeline

The follow-up drafted, the noise set aside, and the pipeline in view.

  • Drafted follow-ups, from qualification to meeting requests, for a person to send
  • Job applicants, suppliers and spam set aside automatically, and reversibly
  • A probabilistic (Monte Carlo) revenue forecast, with scenarios and dated snapshots
  • Website visitors matched to leads, and qualified leads sent back to Google Ads as conversions, if you use them

OpsUPLOOP scores against your criteria; it does not decide them. Need help defining what good looks like, or training for the team? Our recommended sales training partner →

Waits for a person

  • Every drafted email is sent, edited or dismissed by a person
  • Set-aside enquiries are recorded and can be restored
  • Scores show their reasons, so anyone can challenge them

Runs on its own, within your rules

  • Research, briefing and scoring run as leads arrive
  • Summaries refresh as records change
  • Conversions sync to Google Ads every few minutes, if connected

What it needs

Your own criteria: the triage rubric, the qualification questionnaire and your call report types, defined by your team during setup. A CRM connection (Insightly today), or OpsUPLOOP holding your leads directly. Call analysis works from recordings or transcripts you upload; there is no phone-system integration that records calls.

Questions

Asked about OpsUPLOOP Sales

Is this the same as a KYC check?

No. OpsUPLOOP does basic research from public sources, such as Companies House and a company’s website, to help you decide who is worth contacting. It is not a know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering or due-diligence check, which are more rigorous processes. If that is what you need, use a tool built for it, not OpsUPLOOP.

What do the colours mean?

They tell you what to do. Green: drop everything and call. Amber: worth a call, but after the greens. Red: a qualification email is drafted for a person to send, rather than anyone’s time on a call. The criteria behind each band are your team’s.

Is the lead score a prediction?

No. It is a triage score against a rubric your business sets: the factors, how much each counts and what good looks like. AI scores each factor from the research and the conversation, and shows its reasons, so the score is easy to read and to challenge.

Who decides what good looks like?

You do. The triage rubric, the deal qualification questionnaire and the rubrics your call reports score against are defined by your team and set up in your own instance. If you would like help defining your sales process, we can recommend our sales training partner.

What if our team needs sales training?

OpsUPLOOP makes a good sales process faster and easier to see; it does not teach one. If your team would benefit from training, or you want help deciding what good looks like before you set up the scoring, we recommend our sales training partner. They are independent of Scorchsoft, and we train our own sales team with them. Meet our sales training partner →

Does it send emails on its own?

No. Follow-ups are drafted for a person to send, edit or dismiss.

Where do call recordings come from?

You upload them, or paste a transcript. OpsUPLOOP does not record calls through your phone system.

Can we create our own call reports?

Yes. Create report types for whatever calls matter: a sales call, a prospecting call, or a customer call where you want to check your project team asked for feedback. Each report type sets what good looks like and what it scores.

Can we change what the analysis looks for?

Yes. Report types are set up for your business: what each one looks for and scores against, who receives it, and whether it scores the lead or drafts a follow-up. A full call review and a prospecting elevator pitch are two examples.
